Beware of the FREE Penny stock email
newsletter service!
If you search Google or any other major search engine for "penny stocks" or
"stock picks" you'll find a lot of websites advertising their Free Stock Pick
service. If you go to their site, it may seem too good to be true. All they
ask you to do is sign up for their free stock pick newsletter. And you'll start
getting daily emails from them telling you which stocks are about to jump,
making you huge profits! There are dozens of companies offering these free penny
stock email newsletter services. DON'T
Sign up for any of these services! And if you do, DON'T
invest in any of their stock picks.
Most, if not all of these companies are SCAMS!
Their websites usually look very legit and they usually have a great catchy
domain. On their website, most of these companies claim outrageous profit
returns from their free penny stock picks they have given their members. And many
of these companies even show you which stocks they have given out to their
members which made incredibly fast, and very profitable returns.
TRUST ME - DON'T BELIEVE ANY OF THESE SITES!!!
Trust me, I personally fell victim to several of these services. I signed up
for a few of these services when I first got interested in penny stocks. They showed their amazing track record of how they
were averaging over 100% returns within days on each stock pick. But as soon as
I invested in some of these picks, the stocks immediately tanked to a small
percentage of what they were when I purchased them. I fell victim to the Penny
Stock PUMP AND DUMP!
PUMP AND DUMP?
So what is the "free penny stock email newsletter pump and dump"? This is when
the fraudulent penny stock service first buys a lot of shares of a cheap penny stock, then pumps up
the stock through several emails to their free
member subscribers. When a lot of their members start to buy the stock, the penny stock shoots up
incredibly fast. Many times the stocks double, triple, or sometimes much more within hours. As
soon as the stock starts to soar the fraudsters sell their shares. And usually they have
put a lot of money into the stock, so much that as soon as they sell their
shares, the stock goes way down below the price their members bought the stock
at. Most of the people who bought
the stocks, purchased way too late. Because the stock had already showed some
nice returns before the fraudsters gave the selection. But the only reason the
stock had been moving up was because the fraudsters bought up so many shares
with their own money. When the stock price starts to shoot up after all the newbies start buying, they sell all of their shares which drives the stock way
lower then when the new purchasers bought the stock at. So by the time people on
the email service start buying it is too late, and they are doomed to take a big
loss.
Trust me, don't fall victim of these
free penny stock news letters. Use common
knowledge. Think about it... Why would these people give you consistent stock
winners for free? Does that make sense? No it doesn't. However, there are some
great legit penny stock pick services that don't cost very much money that you
can count on to consistently give you profitable picks. Unfortunately I learned
the hard way by losing a lot money taking advice from these fraudulent penny
stock services. But I am grateful that I did find some great services that
helped me recover my losses and now I supplement my income by buying and selling
penny stocks.
My current favorite penny stock service is
Penny Stock
Prophet
offered by James Connelly. James is the real deal. As a young man, he turned $1,000 into
$1.4 million. Yeah it may seem like hype. I can't tell you that you are going to
make these kinds of returns but I am making very good returns with his picks.
All you do is pay a one time fee of $97 which gives you a lifetime membership to
his service. Several times a week he sends you his new picks. The great thing is
that he tells you what he believes is a good price to buy the stock at and he gives you an
estimated exit rage. And after his members buy the stock, he constantly sends
updates about the stocks we already own. If he thinks we should sell sooner then
originally stated, he'll tell you. I totally trust James's picks. And let me
assure you, he does not pump and dump!
Forget free penny stock newsletter scams
and get a real service you can count on.
